This was really delicious! It's on my monthly rotation.
I used single cream so I didn't get the thicker sauce, but that didn't take away from the flavour for me.
I didn't add the stock cube as it's a salty recipe. Just add more dijon if you fancy.
Fyi- if your pan is big enough, cook the bacon and chicken together to save time.
