I never play 100% with the recipe - used turkey meat and mushrooms instead of beef, used cumin/paprika/cayenne/thyme/Worcestershire sauce for seasonings, and black beans instead of corn kernels. Wound up with more than my casserole dish could fit (gee what could have made that happen lol) so topped with some of the cornbread and then just made a dish of plain cornbread as well. Mine turned out super moist and flavorful, and it was super easy to make. Looking forward to playing with this to make it the perfect flavor for my household!
