bummer I don't have a stand mixer. still worth it to try by hand?

I have made it without a stand mixer and it did not turn out well. Idk if it was something I did or if it was because of not using a stand mixer.

It didn’t turn out well, it wasn’t easy having to convert and didn’t taste well.
