I took the old fashioned notes I had and put them through my blender until they made flour. I quadruple the batch so that I could freeze some, and it is a good thing I did because my five kids absolutely will love them! They added sprinkles into the pancakes they made and called them "oatmeal breakfast cookies" 😆
