My youngest teenager asked to make these cookies. Once made we rolled them into a log with parchment paper and foil, then placed it in the freezer for a few hours. We cut off wheel-shape pieces and thought we went to heaven! Once this one is gone she's planning on trying the confetti cookie (listed in same recipe)
