This is a very good meatloaf recipe (I've probably tried 40 different recipes over the past 20 years, so I have some experience in these matters). It's moist, flavorful, easy-to-make, and it comes together and is ready for the oven in just a few minutes. I used half-pound of ground turkey and half-pound of ground pork, because that's what I had in the fridge, and it was quite delicious. My one suggestion: don't go overboard with the breadcrumbs! I used slightly less than 1 cup and it seemed perfect for the amount of meat. Also, this does NOT make 10 servings! More like 4-5 adult-size portions. Recommended!
