If you like Chai, you’re going to love the aroma of these cooking. The flavor is not quite as pronounced as you’d expect with the flavoring inside the cookie, but still notably Chai. Mine flattened out a lot, which I know is one style of snickerdoodle, but not my preference. I think I’d like to try the flavoring with a recipe that I know makes a puffier doodle.
