Fascinating!!! 🍋Super lemony cake. Made as the recipe says but I had no lemon extract and subbed it with vanilla essence. Also I made it in air fryer at 170C (350F) 40-45 min. Next time I will reduce zest for 1 lemon, not 2. Highly recommend this cake!
