If you're looking for a healthy version of arroz con pollo, this is a pretty good recipe to follow. It was pretty quick and easy. If you're looking for a more authentic and true latin-american flavor, this is not the recipe to follow. This is great for someone like me that is trying to keep ingredients to a minimum, with less calories, and less carbs. Definitely does not give you the Latin sazon that an abuela would give it, but that's okay, as long as you know what you're trying to get out of it!
