This is delicious! My granddaughter LOVES it she has been eating it since she was around 2 yrs old. A great way to get little ones to eat their greens. Her Mom calls it green sauce! When I fix it I add a couple of tablespoons of Kerri gold butter…but if you have dietary restrictions it’s good without it! We usually sprinkle some parmesan cheese on it!
