Did you use kosher salt as written in the recipe?

I used sea salt with lesser amounts as suggested by the recipe website, but I still used too much.

Oh ok. I’m sorry to hear that. Sea salt is 2x saltier than kosher salt, so that was likely the issue. Thanks for giving it a try.
