Keto Cheeseburger Pie8 servings
1 lb ground beef
2 cup cheddar cheese
5 slices bacon cooked & crumbled
1 Tbs dijon mustard
2 Tbs ketchup low sugar
1 onion small
2 eggs
½ cup heavy cream
1 garlic clove
2 oz cream cheese
1 ½ Tbs all-purpose seasoning
1 Tbs worcestershire sauce
Dash Pink Himalayan salt
dash pepper
For the Pie Crust
1 cup almond flour
¼ cup coconut flour
½ tsp xanthan gum
½ tsp pink himalayan salt
3 Tbsp unsalted butter cold and cubed
1 egg large, lightly beaten
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
FOR CRUST
Step 1
Add flours, xantham gum, and salt to a food processor; pulse until evenly combined.
Step 2
Add the butter cubes, egg, and vinegar. Pulse until the dough just begins to come together into a ball, being sure not to overwork it. The mixture should resemble coarse breadcrumbs.
Step 3
Turn out the dough onto plastic wrap and pat into a ball, then flatten and seal.
Step 4
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 3 days. You can also freeze the pie crust and thaw out as needed.

Note – pockets of butter are normal.
For the Meat Filling

Brown ground beef with onions. Drain.
Step 7
Add garlic and cook for 1 minute

Add ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire, Sincerely Legenia All-Purpose seasoning and cream cheese.
Step 9
Mix until cream cheese has melted.
Step 10
In a medium bowl combine the 2 eggs, heavy cream, 1 cup cheese &* salt & pepper
Step 11
Remove pie crust from the refrigerator and shape it into your pie pan.
Step 12
Add ground beef mixture to pie dish, pour egg mixture on top.
Step 13
Using a fork distribute the filling evenly.
Step 14
Top with additional cheese if desired.
Step 15
Place in a 375 degree oven for 45 minutes.
Step 16
Remove and allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving
