Very yummy. I wonder if there are better ways of adding flavor to the soup though other than just adding more soy sauce per the recipe. Next time! Will definitely make this or a variation of this in the future! ( I used chicken broth, spinach, and probably triple of both the ginger and garlic)

Maybe red chili flakes or Sriracha?
