When I realized we were the only household without an air fryer in the universe a few years ago (and still are) I found this recipe when I was searching ways to mimic an air fryer. Convection mode combined with baking the meat on a cooling rack works beautifully. This is crispy on the outside but so very juicy! See blog for full details and tips.
7:2:2 seasoning is Diamond kosher salt:black pepper:garlic granules. I also added a little paprika. I also just use veg oil (or avocado) since we don’t have PAM.
