Looks great Karen saw the zoom catch up !! As I am whole food plant based will use chickpea water instead of egg !! 😃 And soba noodles instead of egg !!

I haven't tried the chickpea water there, but for the crust to stick maybe a plant based milk will also do the trick. Let me know if you try it.
