I mixed the glaze in as others noted - I think it really gave it a nice flavor throughout. I also chopped up some pre-cooked bacon and mixed it with shredded cheddar - when the timer went off after 50 minutes, I drained the fat off and topped it with the cheese and bacon, and cooked a few more minutes. It turned out delicious!
