Delicious. Don't rush putting the scallops in like I did you want them to get a lovely color on them. Don't over cook them either way and they come out so buttery.
Also when done with the scallops take the pan off the heat. Let it cool down and then get the pan temp to low. Otherwise you absolutely will burn the butter which is the opposite of what you want to do.
Delicious though and have a second set of scallops I'll be practicing the same recipe with tomorrow.
