I didn’t. I had a box of frozen, chopped spinach. I heated it in the microwave enough to drain the water out and added it to the slow cooker.

I made it and it didn't come out good at all.... would you mind giving me the process you used

If you use the slow cooker I would use boneless, skinless chicken thighs. Chicken breast in a slow cooker goes stringy and dry. Cheaper cut which is much, much tastier.

I don’t know if there was a specific process. I added extra heavy cream, a lot of extra sun dried tomatoes, salt, pepper, and minced garlic. The spinach was chopped frozen, which I microwaved first and then squeezed out the water. When it’s all done I added some Italian shredded cheese mix to the top. I did use boneless chicken breast and didn’t find it to be dry at all, especially cooked in all that liquid.
