Doubled recipe. Used a block of Velveeta, and made WAY more broth from Knorr Caldo de Pollo powder. Left some onion bits larger than others. Extra garlic cloves. Extra broccoli because of the extra broth. Not healthy, but SO GOOD!
I also left some broccoli out until the very end so it had a bit more bite than the rest. Didn’t want it all super soft.
