Good recipe! I used 2 cans of Rotell and and 32 oz. Of tomato sauce. I may use crushed tomatoes instead of the sauce next time. I omitted the 30 oz. Of diced tomatoes altogether, also added heaping spoonfuls of the spices. The consistency was perfect.
