This was so yummy. Make sure to blot dry the raw chicken before adding flour to it. I put the flour, salt & pepper in a gallon zip lock, added the chicken then shook it to evenly cover the pieces. You may have to go through and break some pieces apart to get everything covered in flour. My SUPER picky 8yo said that it was delicious!
