Happy to have found this recipe! It’s pretty close to being clean eating (with a few small alterations) Made a few times, I’ve followed the recipe as it states and used ground gluten free oats. There are plenty of other recipes that include Panko breadcrumbs, bread, or crackers out there. This recipe was exactly what I was looking for as it’s not only gluten-free but clean because it uses OATS! I did add a tablespoon of Italian seasoning as my kids have always preferred it in meatloaf. Overall it’s easy to make, few ingredients and way healthier as what the title of the recipe states.
