I make using beef, for some protein. Marinate the beef in soy sauce, salt, pepper (opt. wine or rice vinegar, peppers, etc).
Next time:
Way ginger, fresh garlic & add when you add the sauce
Double the sauce
If making the beef strips before the veggies, pull the steak strips earlier (when medium done).
If making the beef WITH the veggies, it works best with strips, not cubes of beef (which take longer)
Toast the sesame seeds for garnish
Serve over ginger rice
