I cooked this at 400 F instead of 500. I think I understand why the recipe calls for such a high temp. It's meant to burn the brown sugar crust on the chicken, and at 400, that just didn't happen. Next time, I'll try it at the called for 500 and see what happens. The flavor, however, was really good. It was a bit sweet, but that's to be expected. I really enjoyed it though and so did my old man. I will be making it again.
