Super easy to make in a decent food processor, and delicious! The amount of icing sugar I used was on the lower end of the range in the recipe, as I felt it was very sweet. However, I added a bit more ground almond towards the end as I felt it could still use some dry ingredients. Very easy to roll out and use, I put it on top of the vegan Dundee cake AND Battenburg cake, both of which I reviewed earlier. I still had leftovers! Most of the supermarket ready-made marzipan is vegan around me, but it is so much nicer to be able to say I made the entire cake myself. It tastes better homemade 😊
