Very good with a lot of adjustments. I doubled all spices/sauce ingredients. I added minced garlic and extra lemon juice to the tahini, salted well I also did this first so the flavors woit have time to combine. The veggies were dusted with curry powder (that was really good) and I nearly doubled the spices on the chickpeas. Give plenty of time for everything to roast/crisp to taste. Salted well at each step. I'd do more kale in proportion next time.
My husband and son are usually of the he opinion that everything is better with meat but liked this as is.
