Pretty good! Hearty, lots of leftovers, very easy to make. Needed more cheese so we grated some on top (after this photo). I saw a comment below about adding cream cheese, so now we add 1-2 oz and it makes it nice and creamy! We served it with sour cream (though not so needed when there’s cream cheese) and some cilantro the first time (which ended up being unnecessary). We used shell pasta just cus we had some in our pantry. While my husband doesn’t love it as much as I do, it’s become a go-to staple for me!
