Very tasty. Only did 1/3 cup of sugar but to be honest- I don’t think it needs sugar at all. Next time I am going to try it without to see how it tastes. I used oat flour and couldn’t find canned sweet potato purée so bought some baby sweet potato purée instead. I will definitely be making these again. I also think adding a few more chips on top would have just been that cherry on top too so next time I’ll sprinkle a few extra on top before it goes into the oven. Yum!
