It was nice! The cake kind of had a slight cornbread texture though!(I think that's because it's a shortcake and this is my first time making a strawberry shortcake so 😭) And I didn't have any thickened cream, so I chose to do a quick buttercream frosting instead ! :)
Overall delicious, the jam and strawberry's very delicious, and probably the easiest cake I've ever made !!!!
