After taking the first batch out and letting them cool, they became a bit too soft for my taste. I added cornstarch to my breadcrumbs and seasoned it with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and an Italian blend to counteract the blandness of the cornstarch. They had a bit of a crunch for longer than just when they came out of the oil. I would try a 1-1 ratio of breadcrumbs to cornstarch next time instead of just adding a random little bit to test it out
