Hi, I tried making the recipe it was delicious but my gelatine left stringy bits in the cheesecake. Please could you advise me where I went wrong

Might be it didn’t bloom properly and when you microwave it didn’t dissolve fully or might be you didn’t temper quickly as it starts settling. So at that point you have to be quick with mixing and tempering

Thank you I will try again! It’s quite tricky working with gelatine I’ve never used it before!
