I made 2 loaves, so multiplied the recipe by 1.5. Tip: do not multiply the salt, it becomes overpowering. Also if using active dry yeast as I did, lessen the amount of water by about 30 grams. I did not and my second rise was less than par. Overall a great tweakable recipe! I used everything bagel seasoning on the second loaf and we finished it before I could take pictures!
