I had to cook mine waaaaaayyyyyy over the recommended time, nearly double, and they were still a bit soggy on the bottom. May have been too much cream cheese? May have been the altitude? I also had to use applesauce as an egg substitute. Not sure what it was exactly. Could have been all the above! I may try cooking at higher temp next time to see how that turns out. Delicious nonetheless! I love the streusel!
