Made a double batch (bc that's how much pasta was in the box) and it came out pretty well. Was difficult to toss in the cheese which resulted in a few melted clumps of it--would recommend garnishing individual bowls with parmesan as well. Used about double the garlic and the flavor still didn't really come through, so don't be stingy with garlic! Overall, the dish has potential and we will continue to tweak it. We also didn't use the tomatoes, which likely affected the outcome!
