Utterly gorgeous ❤️ and so easy! Needed another 10 minutes on top of the 55 to cook all the way through, probably could have done with another 10 on top of that as the bottom is still a little stodgy but honestly sooooo yummy!

What size of cake tin did you use? I'd love to know, as I'd like to try making this cake, and from what you've said, it sounds so yummy and something I'd like.

A 9" round tin. We lined it with greaseproof paper as suggested in the recipe, but actually we made another one today (a chocolate chip version this time!) and just greased it instead of lining it and it cooked much more evenly this time. Enjoy - it's amazing cake!
