It was good, but it didn’t really taste like green curry to me. I added ginger, and I wish I had had more curry paste to put in it. The sweet potatoes were really good in it, but overall I think the dish was too sweet for me. I also think I need more vegetables or more tofu in this. I did want to add mushrooms, but somehow they went bad super quickly so that might have improved it. I ended up adding some salt and garlic powder to the sauce too.
