I switched it up and used mini marshmallows and I’m pretty sure I used too much. Next time, I will probably use the same amount of marshmallows but less brown sugar and I will mash the sweet potatoes too. Overall, great recipe! I have never used canned sweet potatoes before and love how convenient it is!
