This is so yummy and easy to make! The first time I made it I thought it was a too mild in spiciness. I am using the dark chili powder (found in US grocery store for Texas chili) so I added 1/2 tsp of cayenne the second time and that gave it a kick between mild and medium spicy similar to Indian takeout. I also added 1/2 tsp smoked paprika and 1/2 tsp mustard powder to replace fenugreek (hard to find). I would like to try it with the traditional Indian chili powder or maybe some Thai chilis.
