I use frozen diced onions and jarred minced garlic for conveinience sake. I also use chili sauce in place of the ketchup and hot sauce. this can be done in an instant pot as well. Just brown the ground turkey and add all the ingredients. check the liquid level to make sure the noodles are covered and add another cup or two to cover them. cook for 8 minutes on the sealing mode and quick release when done.
