I think they may have used tahini with sugar, because this needs a little more balance, especially if you're doing the 3 tbs of sriracha as they say you can do. I added about 1/4 and a pinch teaspoon of sugar where it says to add it because the sauce was kind of bitter which I dont think really pairs as well with broccoli (broccolini is milder but expensive!). I also added a little dried garlic and onion and ginger to the sauce after making it sweeter to deepen the shallot flavor and it def made it more complex. Overall, though, really easy and tasty. If you have leftovers, store the noodles separately!
