I used Lindor chocolates left over from Christmas, and my coffee as per suggestion. The flavors are deep and rich. My technique was improper (ididny mix things in same way as OP suggested) and it still turned out: my husband and oldest child loved them. So I'll be making them again, but I'll be stricter with my technique.
