Okay so, this is the second time I’ve made these cookies. The first time they were incredibly salty and a little burnt.
This time they were so good, but I made some changes. Firstly, I didn’t add any salt to mine. They still taste a little salty which confuses me but it might be from the chocolate.
Secondly, during the resting period I stored them in the fridge for 15 minutes before placing them on the baking tray.
Thirdly, even though the cooking time says 30 minutes for me, I only cooked them for 10 minutes on 150 (Fan Oven.)
I ended up getting 18 full size cookies out of them and after letting them cool they were the perfect combination of crispy outside, soft inside. And literal chocolate heaven.
