Surprisingly, both my son and husband loved these. My husband is not a big pumpkin fan. I will definitely make it again.
**Update
Last time i made these i felt like it was missing something. This time I added a 1/2 tsp of nutmeg and it got the "something was missing" taken care of. These are still a favorite in our house.
