It was not bad, but a bit too much peanut butter for our taste. I thought it was more work than needed for the outcome. Gave it a try, not bad, but won't make again. Mine ended up being pretty thick without much of a bowl and still had some difficulty getting them out of the muffin pan without breaking. I put them in ramkins to keep their shape.
