This dish needs way more seasoning to ramp up the flavor. Sad to say all my guest picked around the hen.
If your gonna make this dish season as normal then mess with the apricot jam.
The stuffing was terrible. I would suggest a variation on that also.
I followed this recipe to the "T" its a no go for me.
