Great flavor I used less sugar, but I'd use thihts as it was dry perhaps cutting up chicken that small and pre cooking dried it out. I think next time I'd cut it in larger pieces. I just cooked rice as I usually do to complicated to cook in one pot and I don't have the tools to do that
