Couldn't find smoked paprika so used chipotle. Good heat. Added some parmesan at the end and a bit more broth plus some other seasoning/herbs since it kept tasting like it was missing flavor. But in the end I also grnished with parmesan and more broth, making it more creamy and moist. Good recipe, as a base, but I definitely had to make it my own. I probably wouldn't make it again but use the idea of it- if that makes sense.
