Fantastic!! I love how quick and easy this was to prepare! I'm a busy single mom working two jobs, so when I come from the office, it helps to have a dinner that I can throw together in under 15min and let it cook while I log in to my evening job. I paired this dish with shells and garlic parm sauce - it was amazing!! (Also topped the chicken with sliced black olives when I added the cheese.)
