Pretty healthy soup, the baked kale and toasted pine nuts on top really help the flavor.
Side note the cooking time is not accurate. Unless you have a double oven you need to bake the cauliflower for 25 and the kale for 30 at two different temperatures. So don't go into it expecting it done in 1/2 hour like I did. Gripe aside this is a nice soup dish and will make again with some bread/crackers.
