Modifications: Used 2tbs of butter instead of the 8tbs called for. Sautéed chicken instead of breading it. Changes were made due to time and on-hand ingredient constraints, but making it as I did, I don’t want to make it as written, because this was so so good! Made twice now. Great meal prep food with some rice!

So you used 2tbsp of butter for the sauce? Did you adjust the lemon or broth at all? I'd love to make it with less butter just to make it a little healthier.
